こんにちは、
秋田の家計見直しプランナー、土田茂です。
先週末は東京にて研修三昧でした。
テーマはほとんどが相続についてです。
「家計見直しと相続って関係あるの！？」
と思われた方も多いかも知れませんね。
実は多いに関係あります！
というのも、私の家計見直しとは「ライフプラン」に他ならないからです。
いつも私が使っている言葉に「部分最適」と「全体最適」という言葉があります。
部分最適とは、例えば住宅。
賃貸に住むのか、マイホームを買うか、買うならローンをどうするか…
などいろいろなケースを考えますよね？
そして、マイホームを購入すると決めてローンを組んだ。
予算は今払っている家賃プラス毎月の貯金額の半分としましょう。
アパートは自分のものにならないけど家は自分の資産だし！
ローンの期間は最長の３５年でも金利も低いうちに借りれてラッキー！
どうでしょう、確かにこれだけ見ると最適な選択をしたかも知れません。
しかし、この方が私と同じ３８歳だとしたらローンは３５年で良かったのか？
子供がまだ小さくてお金がかからない時に貯金できる額の半分をローン返済にして大丈夫？
アパートは確かに自分のものにならないけど、リフォーム代や固定資産税もかからない…。
ローンは変動？固定？全期固定？どれがライフプランに合ってるの？
それよりなにより、人生の優先順位はマイホームが一番？優先順位を誤ると一番やりたい事ができなくなるかも…。
などなど、全体を見ないと全くわかりません。
この全体をみて、全体を最適化することを「全体最適」と言います。
人生の全体最適には「ライフプラン」が必須。
そして相続も「ライフプラン」の中において大きいウェイトを占めています。
人生の最後を締めくくるものですから当然ですよね？
因みに相続で人生が大きく狂うことは珍しくありません。
という訳で、家計見直しと相続は大きな関係があるのです。
今日は相続と家計見直しの関係性についてでした（笑）

Its like you learn my mind! You appear to know a lot about this, such as you wrote the guide in it or something. I believe that you can do with a few percent to pressure the message home a little bit, but instead of that, that is great blog. An excellent read. I will definitely be back.
